Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again after that.
To cancel, use the link in your Stripe receipt (Stripe provides a billing portal for managing your subscription), or contact us at /contact and we will do it for you.
Refunds
That is deliberately more generous than the law requires, because a refund costs far less than an argument. Requests after the 14-day window are considered case by case.
What you are paying for
The subscription is $9.00 per month and covers email alerts when Department of Education rulemaking relevant to the institution types you choose changes. The tracker itself — every item, the archive, the deadlines calendar, the RSS feed and the public JSON API — remains free and is not gated by this subscription.
If we end the Service
If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will refund any unused prepaid period.
